ELIE SAAB ~ VIDA PARAISO HAUTE COUTURE COLLECTION

Elie Saab Spring Summer 2019 Haute Couture collection is inspired by the rich abundance of underwater flora that paint Caribbean waters. Constructed in sumptuous fabrics, the majestic collection which was presented the last day of Paris Fashion Week, showcases a unique colour palette in shades of corals contrasting with blues, gold and silver. Beading and sequins translate the ever-changing hues of the shimmering water.

Intricate embroidery create opulent textures that allow this collection to show the extravagance of flora under the sea. Shapes of ripples and symmetry create the coral like-effect.
