Olivia Palermo well known for her fashion and lifestyle brand celebrated with her husband Johannes Huebl their 10th year wedding anniversary in Baden-Baden, Germany.
Olivia Palermo and her husband Johannes Huebl celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary during a weekend with a series of events in Johannes’s home country Germany. The event planners at the Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa under Olivia’s visual direction created the lavish celebration the “It Couple” never had when they got married in New York a decade ago. While the couple’s busy schedule allowed them to tie the knot with a civil ceremony surrounded by only their family and close friends, at that time, the couple decided to have a grand wedding later… 10 years forward their big day was spectacular.
THE FASHION (DAY 1)
Olivia admits that while she loves weddings, she is not a bridal person instead she is a ‘Fashion girl’. Therefore without any doubt Olivia Palermo chose her long time friend and couturier fashion designer Giambattista Valli to dress her with breathtaking gowns, the perfect brand that marries fashion forward statement designs with a bold romantic, “je ne sais quoi” style.
For the black tie affair, Olivia Palermo wore Giambattista Balli Look #9 Justi, a silk cloqué dress scalloped with guipure lace and a silk duchess fabric top embroidered with a crystal chevron.
DAY 2
The second day of their weekend celebration, the couple hosted their guests to a lunch at Iffezheim Racecourse, Olivia look radiant wearing Giambattista Valli Look #31 Melissa, an apple green strapless Anis silk taffeta draped dress with a silk duchess belt tied in a bow. Since young age, Olivia started riding horses hence the nod to choose the venue that would have a personal meaning.
THE SIGN-OFF LOOK
Later that day, the astonishing couple treated their guests with an unforgettable culinary experience, a dinner at the acclaimed restaurant Ebanat on the Kopp Winery property. The Chef Stefan Schmidt and the Ebanat team prepared a farm-to-table meal with wine pairings from the vineyard, of course.
To sing-off her fashion statements of their epic celebration, Olivia looked flawless wearing Giambattista Valli’s Look #25 Valeria, an ensemble of a sequin-embroidered lace bralette and skirt, with a tulle and a voluminous silk chiffon draped cape.
SUSTAINABLE CHOICES
With a sustainable approach in mind, the couple wisely chose to give a second life to the florals from their previous events and decorate the venue for that evening.
