Reem Acra reveals a fresh, new takes on classic silhouettes. The ballgowns are brought up to date in paperweight silk taffeta combined with sheer nude linings, tweaked with the slightest hint of exposed corsetry. Discreet side seam pockets keep the bride’s phone nearby to capture that all important ‘selfie’ moment with a bit of whimsy and fun!
Silk chiffon is treated with subtle ease by expert hand draping. Chantilly lace appliqué and embroidery radiate and capture light. Delicate hand thread work gives the illusion of the finest , sheerest lace as it cascades down a tulle skirt. Crystals, in combination with sequins and seed beads, emit halos of light.
