Notorious existing trends continue to be part of the 2026 collections like: Inspired lingerie, Capes and add ons: sleeves, veils, boleros, overskirts. Bows in all sizes and rich embellishments, all-in-lace gowns were also a highlight. The bridal suit and 2 piece look are also a favourite that stays present by designers. Accessories are important to complete the look: Oversize hats, veils of all length, bird cages, tiaras and jewelled head pieces.

There may be no strict rules when it comes to shopping for your wedding dress, but having a guide to the latest trends is always a great place to start.
