CHANEL’S HAUTE COUTURE BRIDE
Chanel‘s 2014 Spring/Summer Haute Couture collection, presented at the Grand Palais in Paris, transports the modern woman into a new feminine couture concept. The evening dresses emphasize a modern silhouette in transparent embroidered tulle superimposed with lace and sequin patchwork, embellished with flowers, crystals, feathers or iridescent accents of material. A playful game of contrast and transparency, the Chanel 2014 Spring/Summer Haute Couture collection calls for an ethereal bride whom would seem to be floating down the aisle in a translucent, fluid and ultra-modern dress.
