HONEYMOON DESTINATION TWIST: FISH&CHEF FESTIVAL LAGO DI GARDA (PART 3)
After a wonderful lunch at Vecchia Malcesine Ristorante we visited Hotel Bellevue San Lorenzo a Villa from the Belle-Epoque where famous painters like Klimt once painted one of his master pieces during his stay at this magnificent property.
After touring Hotel Bellevue San Lorenzo we headed for dinner to Regina Adelaide a historic Hotel in Lago Di Garda. This magnificent property holds 59 rooms, each one decorated uniquely from each other. The gourmet Regio Patio Restaurant which is operated by Executive Chef Andrea Constantini, was of course our host chef for the night.

Regina Adelaide Hotel is a beautiful location for weddings. They not only cater gourmet meals but also pattiseries and specialty cakes made at their onsite pattiserie I Dolci Della Regina.
The last day of our attendance to Fish&Chef in Lago Di Garda we visited the Paolo Bonomelli Boutique Olive Farm located in Torre del Benaco on the eastern side of Lago Di Garda. Being produced since the 90’s, Ca’Rainene extra virgin olive oil is considered the “best olive oil in the world!”. If you are in this area make sure to book an appointment for a guided tour and tasting experience.
After a delightful tour throughout the Paolo Bonomelli Boutique Olive Farm we embarked on a stylish boat ride across the lake, arriving at the private dock of the elegant and stunning Grand Hotel Fasano, located in the Brescia/Lombardy eastern side of the area. Welcome drinks were serve with a refreshing Rosé, perfectly paired with Parmigiano mousse topped with crumbled rosemary and truffles. After touring the extraordinary facilities with the owner of Grand Hotel Fasano, this luxurious property hosted us with an exquisite lunch. Grand Hotel Fasano is the perfect location for the honeymooners seeking for luxurious serenity and high quality service – it is simply Grand!

Our last dinner during this gastronomic journey was hosted by the winery producers of Bianco Di Custoza, the white DOC wines from Veneto region, often labeled simply as Custoza. We were able to participate in a tasting with more that 10 producers of this incredible white wine!
Visiting Lago Di Garda and attending the Fish&Chef Festival was an experience of a lifetime! We recommend you to book in advance and to not miss it if you are planning a destination wedding or honeymoon in Lago Di Garda during the festival. It is a great way to experience the traditional italian flavours created with the most sophisticated techniques by awarded Chefs!
