Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup, created a makeup look that accentuated the eyes, emphasizing them with deep shades, while also brightening them with light colours.

It is a two-step eye look, emphasized by a strong smoky liner on the lower lash line, and brightened by a light shade on the eyelid. Eyes looked both intense and soft.

THE EYES

Peter Philips explains: “I framed the eyes with a smoky liner on the lower lash line. I emphasized it with a strong line of Diorshow On Stage Crayon 099 Black, then I used the light brown shade from the Diorshow 5 Couleurs 539 Grand Bal palette, which I applied along the upper lash line. I used the top right shade and applied it at the center of the eyelid for a touch of brightness. I finished the look by structuring the eyebrows with Diorshow On Set Brow and Diorshow Brow Styler.”

THE COMPLEXION

“A pure and luminous complexion with skin prepared using the Dior Capture Totale routine, starting with Capture Totale Le Sérum followed by Capture Totale Hyalushot (NEW LAUNCH). Once the skin was smooth, I evened it out with Dior Forever Glow Veil before applying Dior Forever Skin Glow foundation which illuminates and provides a uniform skin tone. For touch-ups, I applied Dior Forever Skin Correct.” – Peter Philips describes.
